I will start off by saying that I have had some very bad experiences with other Family Law Attorneys before I came to Allan Perry.
Initially, I told Allan that I had no faith in attorneys but read all of his good reviews and was hoping he was better than all of my previous attorneys. Immediately, Allan smiled and said he was determined to change my view of attorneys…. and he did just that.
Some positive highlights:
* Allan will stretch your dollar. I did not have a lot of money but Allan made sure to work with me until the very end.
* From the beginning, Allan was determined and kept that determined mindset until the trial was over.
* Allan was realistic. If I brought up anything that he thought could potentially be viewed as irrelevant in court, he was straightforward and told me to not waste my time with those things. Most attorneys won’t say anything. They want you to talk about irrelevant stuff so they can keep billing you.
* Allan was never absent-minded and stayed sharp throughout the entire attorney/client process and the trial.

Allan and his team have been been a huge help through my divorce/custody and TRO allegations. I had done consultations with another attorney however I wasn’t sold. When you go to a Law Office it can be kind of intimidating. When I first arrived the vibe was far from that. Allan was very patience which made me feel completely at ease. He is very professional, and knowledgeable, yet he has a caring presence to him. Allan has a team behind him that are total Rockstars! For this being the first time going through a law suit I felt like they were very on top of everything and they held my hand throughout the whole process.
Allan was referred to me by my cousin who had a great experience as well. Allan and his office is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are honest and great with working to stretch a dollar. The first lawyer I’ve met who wasn’t focused on draining your bank account. My case was simple yet difficult but it was so nice to be able to feel like I didn’t have to stress between court dates and comfortable knowing he was trying to end it and not drag it on. I highly recommend.
I was involved in a difficult business lawsuit, as well as a cross complaint. We had a different attorney representing us, who we had to fire just 2 months before we were to go to trial. We were fortunate to have found Alan Perry, who agreed to take our case. Many attorneys turned us down, since it was so last minute, but Alan agreed. We were unable to get the trial postponed due to my prior attorneys negligence, so Alan had to really cram for the trial. We went to trial against a fully prepared attorney representing the defendants. We won on ALL counts, and Alans knowledge, and trial tactics were outstanding! The amount the jury awarded was far above what we were expecting! Hes an incredible attorney in front of a jury, and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs a great lawyer.
I have been doing business in the Orange County area for over 20 years and there have been very few times I needed Legal asst. however, I fell into a VERY difficult and complex situation and I needed an attorney. I spoke with perhaps 8 to 10 different firms and was not feeling as though any of them either would perform in my best interest (most important to me) or even understood the case. Mr. Perry not only understood it but, educated me as well on how the best way to proceed with the case. He made me feel very comfortable with how the proceeding with carry out, which meant a lot to me as any legal situation is stressful. At the end of the Trial (yes, it went to trial) not only did we prevail but beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Mr. Perry to any of my family and friends.

I won’t write in details because it is still mid case.
First of all, Allan is a very ETHICAL lawyer. If you are looking for a sleezebag, extorting, blackmailing, underdealing attorney, then looks elsewhere.
Second, Allan doesn’t oversell and hype you up about your case. He lays down the bottomline and the possibilities
Third, although Allan is take-charge, he listens to your concerns and inputs.
Four, I have been represented by both Allan and McCall. I feel that they take a personal interest in my case with their personal dedication and support. Mind you that my case is not quite typical and difficult. McCall spent one night to midnight preparing for the court filling for the next day. There were moments when Allan acted more as a friend and gave personal encouragement which I deeply appreciated
The road is still going but I believe that my interests are protected the best by this.
Update 7/19/19
The case is still ongoing. However, we have reached major milestones going strong and up to my expectation/satisfaction. I feel very confident with their representation and expecting to have a very strong and satisfactory accomplishments.
I spoke with six different California trial attorneys that dismissed my chance of recovering money owed on a breach of contract case. Allan, researched beyond the surface of what the other attorneys based their decision on and felt confident my case was worth pursuing. He came to trial well prepared and won the case !

Allan Perry is by far the best Attorney I have ever dealt with, he was a God send to me and my family.
Allan was the key factor in saving our home after we were facing immanent foreclosure. We attempted to negotiate with ASC/Wells Fargo, for more than 2 years, on our own and with a third party “foreclosure negotiation” company. After agreeing to a short sale, Wells Fargo was attempting to back out of the deal and with their extremely deep pockets and their team of attorneys, we were no match.
